About Us:
For the last 20 years Quantum Services Group (QSG), has worked with local and nationwide businesses to streamline their IT services and provide dependable support anytime, anywhere. QSG had humble beginnings, initially founded as JW Tek by Eli Nakhleh in 1999, with the goal to help small businesses make the most out of technology and simplify the challenges they face. He started with a small team of 3 employees, each passionate about their role and optimistic for growth. Thanks to their hard work, QSG now has over 30 employees and continues to add to the team.
Our Growth:
In 2015, JW Tek merged with local data center, Quantum Data Center, to form Quantum Services Group. Partners Eli Nakhleh and Andrew Skandalaris (of Quantum Data Center) formed QSG with the mission to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction and success. To this day Andrew and Eli continue to foster this culture of continual growth for their employees, encouraging positive work-life balance, open communication, and holding training seminars.
Clients Success:
As QSG has grown, we have made it a priority to give back to the local community through sponsorships and events, including Avondale High School, Chamber events, and partnerships with local businesses. We have also collaborated with our clients in their charity efforts and continue seeking out new opportunities. We treat our clients like family, and are determined to provide the best service and support available. We take pride in helping businesses achieve their goals and strive to make their lives easier with technology. Each employee is dedicated to continuous improvement and keeping current on the newest technology and services to keep client’s businesses running at optimal performance. A large percentage of QSG clients are obtained through customer referrals and great pride is taken in that fact.
